On December 21st 2020, Max and Cherrie Ruch had a fire at their home in rural Allamakee County, IA. The escaped with their dog Mollie and just a couple minor burns. But they lost everything, this was where they were planning to live out the rest of their days together. Max built the house by hand on the weekends with help from friends and family. He started building in the 70s and and were finally able to move in 10 years ago when Max retired. They are devastated and need your help. They are currently staying at a friends house in Lansing, IA, but need clothes and essentials until we can get them back on their feet. Anything will help including prayers.
