Mavericks Medical Emergency

Hi, my name is Amy Livanavage, aunt of Shelby. On December 27, Shelby and Adrian, had a healthy, beautiful boy, Maverick. In the following hours, things took a turn for the worse for Maverick. Shelby's motherly instincts alerted her something was wrong with him. Maverick began to have seizures and within hours it was determined he had Meningitis. He was soon transported from Santa Cruz to Standford Medical Center, where he is receiving the care he needs. This is going to be a long road to healing for Shelby and her family. Maverick will likely be in the hospital for at least 3 weeks.

Many of you have reached out in ways you can help. I think the best way is through financial donations since Shelby and Adrian will be unable to work while they are with Maverick. The donations can go towards living expenses, medical expenses and travel to and from the hospital.

Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers along with the doctors and nurses caring for him.
