Our sweet Maverick earned his angel wings on February 7th, 2021.
We are all heart broken and miss him so much it hurts but are so thankful for the time we had with him and are glad that he won't be suffering.

As of January 27th 2021 our lives became a scary roller coaster ride for our family. With many unexpected changes and scary moments we were transferred to Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford by ambulance.
Our little dude Maverick was born by emergency c-section on Friday January 29th (at 29 weeks gestation).
It was a decision that was made to give him the best fighting chance of survival. He was diagnosed with a condition called Hydrops which is very dangerous and can be fatal. It’s going to be a long road ahead of us as our little guy has to get all the medical help he needs but Maverick has been showing everyone how strong he is and has been beating the odds that were given to him!
During the last week we have had to make many difficult decisions and trying to do what’s right for our baby. Maverick started chemotherapy 3 days after he was born to help with his Hydrops condition. We have seen such great improvements so far and are very hopeful for what still has to come.
There are going to be a lot of unexpected costs going forward for medical treatment for Maverick. We appreciate your donation and thank you for your prayers and positive energy.
