Hi my Name is Troy. I own Hammerheads Bar and Grill in San Carlos Sonora. I am trying to raise funds to help Mauricio Flores.

Mauricio is a Friend, customer and contractor of ours who very recently was hit by a young man running a stop sign in San Carlos.

Mauricio was on his Scooter when hit and sustained many serious injuries, including multiple broken bones in his legs and many other contusions. The other driver had no insurance. Reports from the hospital indicate he is going to need a minimum of 2-3 surgeries to fix his broken legs. Time in hospital could take up to 1 month and many more months (6+) of rehabilitation and physical therapy.

While all of this is happening, he will not be able to work…at all. He performs handyman services and construction for the local San Carlos community ( including myself personally and for my business). However while recovering from his injuries, he will not be able to work.

I am setting up this GoFundMe account to help Mauricio pay his hospital bills, physical therapy and living costs while recovering.

Mauricio is a great guy, well known and liked throughout San Carlos.

Please help Mauricio with whatever you can afford. All donations I collect will be used to pay for his bills and recovery needs or transferred to Mauricio’s bank account for his use. Mauricio has agreed to have us administer these funds on his behalf while recovering from these injuries.
