Mauricio Costa

All friends and Family...our bother needs help!! To all of us who have had the good fortune to have crossed paths with Mauricio know what a blessing it is to call Mauricio a friend.  A decorated competitor, Mauricio immigrated the the US in the 1990's, introduced Gracie-Jujitsu to thousands of So-Cal students,  achieved a black-belt from Rickson Gracie and raised a Son as a single parent. Recently and suddenly, Mauricio was diagnosed with a very serious heart condition and has just gone through critical, triple-bypass surgery. For the foreseeable future, Mauricio will have to put his Jujitsu teaching career, and revenue stream on hold as he fights through a long, tough recovery. It is time to help out a Friend, Father, Brother and mentor for so many that he has touched and trained over the years. Christian, Brent and I have trained and grown under Mauricio for many years and absolutely appreciate any help you can provide a wonderful human being in his time of need.
