Hi all, Mum has had a fall and fractured her shoulder. She will be having surgery on the 15th of January. Unfortunately by losing the use of her left arm it will really compromise her ability to use her walker. Her ability to walk is so important to manage her Parkinson’s symptoms, back & leg pain and allow her to stay at home. We have been looking at a Zeen walker for her which is a hands free option but only available in the USA so we cannot get any funding for it through her care package. It is $5400USD or $8000AUD so hoping we can get a little help to fund this and aid her recovery/reduce her pain.
