Our nana, mam and friend was a legend with the biggest heart

We lost her unexpectedly last night to pneumonia and sepsis within hours of her being admitted to hospital

We are all absolutely devastated & know she’ll be a massive miss to everyone.

We would really appreciate any help big or small so that we can give her the send off she deserves x
