**UPDATE**
Aug 16, 2023
Thanks to everyone's love and generosity, we have everything we need for now. However, if you would still like to help, any donations we receive from now on will go towards a survivor on Maui who lost a home/job/car. Thank you so very much!
-Sean & Deborah
On Aug 8, the winds blew the power out, so we decided to leave our home for a cup of coffee in a different town. We left with nothing but wallets.
The devastating fire that started that day destroyed most of Lahaina and decimated our home, Sean's car, and Deborah's workplace. All our work gear and personal effects burned to ash. We saw it ourselves five days later when the roads finally reopened.
We will be forever grateful that all our loved ones escaped alive, and incredibly thankful to the friends who sheltered us.
We have been lucky enough to sign a new lease and retain our jobs, but we could use some help filling the empty house and replacing our work equipment.
Any funds we don't need will go directly to someone in Maui who lost a home, job, or both in the fire. Thank you very much for your love and support.
