Maui Wildfire Support for Mark
Donation protected
My brother Mark is one of many who lost EVERYTHING in the tragic Lahaina fires. His house completely burned to the ground with everything he owned inside of it. He only made it out with an empty backpack, his passport, and the clothes on his back. All the boats he worked on, also burned. Leaving him with no home, and no way to make money to begin to rebuild his life. He no longer has a home in Maui and will most likely have to start a new life somewhere else. He does not know where he will relocate, or what the future looks like yet, but we are so thankful he is alive & safe!
For most of his adult life, Mark has lived in Maui. He has touched and enriched countless people’s lives as a lead Captain and Scuba Instructor for Blue Water Maui. He has taken people on thousands of dives and whale-watching tours, sharing his immense knowledge and love of the ocean with others. He spent his days in Maui making sure family vacations were special with his awesome sense of humor and kindness. He has always been there for others in need! I was fortunate enough to see him in his element once when I went to visit him, and it was truly IMPRESSIVE! Check out the snippet below. One of the many epic reviews about “Captain Mark” that you can find online.
Mark is not one to ask for help, but he does need it! What he needs help with most, are funds to help him start a new life and keep him on his feet while he starts over. Anything to help is greatly appreciated!
