Our house was flooded multiple times, and our small farm was destroyed during the storms that battered Maui in March 2026. The devastation has left us facing a long road to recovery, with our home and land suffering significant damage. The relentless floodwaters not only swept away much of what we had built, but also left behind hazards that continue to threaten our safety and well-being.

One of our most urgent needs is the emergency cleanup of junk vehicles that remain in the path of the river. These vehicles pose a serious risk to my family, especially as the river continues to shift and erode the land around us. In addition, several large Java Plum trees on our property have become extremely unstable. Their root systems were exposed and weakened by over a week of raging floodwaters, making them fragile and prone to falling—even in normal conditions. Removing these trees is essential to prevent further damage and ensure the safety of everyone living here.
