Maui Fires - SPPlus Employee Relief Fund

Our team in Lahaina has suffered tremendous losses due to the wildfires. In addition to the tremendous loss of life and homes, the community is dealing with contaminated soil, air, and water. Schools have been disrupted, and one school was destroyed. The flames have brought destruction, but they cannot diminish the spirit of Aloha that defines the Maui community.

Several of our colleagues have lost their homes, and with a heavy-heart, we share that Rafael "Raffy" Imperial, SP+ Attendant, did not survive the Lahaina wildfire. Our condolences to Evelyn Imperial, and her family, during this difficult time

We are asking for volunteers to donate any monetary assistance you may be able to provide to our colleagues directly affected by the wildfires on Maui. SP+ has a long history of successful operations on the island of Maui. Two of our locations, where we've operated continuously for over 25 years, have been shut down as a direct result of the recent fires on the island, with no timeline for returning to work.

All proceeds will be disbursed directly to SP+ team members to assist them and their families as they work to rebuild their lives. SP+ will match total funds up to $50,000 through this effort.
