Maui Fire Family Disaster Fund

Aloha this is Carolee from Maui. As you all know we are experiencing one of the worst tragedies ever on our beautiful island of Maui. While truly I have no words I am finding I might need to find some.

Within just a day our worlds have been completely changed forever with these horrendous fires. We have so many families and friends whom have lost loved ones and everything they have ever known. While many are still in shock reality is setting in and I cannot express the trauma all are experiencing as we are a very small community.

Our ‘Ohana is safe and for that we are more than grateful. However there are still many people missing and we are living moment by moment trying to help in all ways possible. For those especially from Lahaina - they had minutes to vacate leaving everything behind.

I have heard from so many of you amazing friends how you can directly help so I’ve decided to set up this page. My family and I will personally be directly helping families with these funds in immediate need of the basic essentials. This will include children, elders, pets, individuals and families in our local community. Should you like to help I will assure you this will be a direct way.
