Aloha, friends and family,

As many of you have seen, fires have devastated the island of Maui, bringing billions of dollars of loss, and the invaluable loss of many lives. News reports are currently showing at least 36 people have passed away, but on-island accounts indicate that is only a fraction of the actual number of casualties.

I am working on coordinating a group of people who will fly to Maui to provide boots on the ground, moral support, and a helping hand anywhere possible.

The first part of this, however, is getting people on Maui access to basic necessities like food, water, clothing, sleeping items, hygiene products, etc.

100% of proceeds raised from this account will be used to purchase these items which will be sent by cargo to Maui where I have a group of people that will help with delivering and disbursing the donations.

The destruction that is occurring will have long-lasting effects: hundreds if not thousands of people will be without jobs, homes, personal belongings, food, water, etc.
