Matty Rebman was struck by a vehicle during a walk with his dog Opie.
Matty suffered 2 compound fractures in his leg as well as broken ribs, neck and back. Opie did not make it due to her injuries. 
Matty has a very long road to recovery with intensive rehabilitation.
