Hi my name is Laramie I’m fundraising to help a family member. Earlier this week, Mathian and Dani were struck with and unexpected tragedy. Their son Matty Jay was crushed by a large piece of furniture. He was rushed to Great Falls Hospital in Montana where they were not equipped to treat his trauma but they did a great job repairing the hole in his heart and getting him stable enough to be transferred. Once he was stable they were able to fly him to Harborview in Seattle Washington. During this time Mathian was deployed over seas and was able to be flown home by the Red Cross to be with his son and wife. Upon arriving at Harborview they found he had multiple broken ribs and broken sternum. He also suffered damage to an artery near his heart. Slowly, Matty Jay has been making some progress but has been experiencing some setbacks as well. Currently, they are working on keeping fluid out of his lungs and keeping him off the ventilator. The expectation

is that he will be in the ICU at Harborview for the next two weeks then to transfer him to Seattle Childrens Hospital. As we can only imagine, this is an incredible hardship. We are asking on their behalf for all the love prayers and support. If you are in the position to donate to this beautiful family it would help tremendously with the unexpected expenses that arise while living in a hotel in Seattle.
