Matt Sherry PMP cancer

As many of you know Matt was diagnosed in July 2016 with an incredibly rare type of cancer (Pseudomyxoma Peritonei - PMP - Goblet Cell) and later told it was inoperable and terminal.

Over the past 15 months Matt has coped with fortnightly chemotherapy far better than anyone expected and has already beaten survival statistics. It is strongly believed that this is due to additional treatments that Matt and Jen sought outside of the NHS. These treatments are expensive (costing around £1000 per month) but are absolutely essential for Matt. There are many other costly additional treatments that may be beneficial to Matt and possibly extend his life. Matt and Jen would love to be able to access these.

Matt and Jen’s strength and positivity have been amazing throughout and they have finally agreed to let us put this page together to help them look at possible additional specialist treatment that is unavailable on the NHS and to enjoy some of the things on Matt’s bucket list with their two daughters Sophie (12) and Eve (10).

Thank you for visiting, and please leave any messages you’d like to send to them.
We all want to show them our love and support and make any difference we can.
