Matt Shaver is a 9 year old boy who loves sports and his family. Matt always has a smile on his face and wants to please everyone.
Matt recently became ill and was taken to the emergency room at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott Valley. Matt was immediately airlifted by Native Air helicopter to Phoenix Children's hospital in Phoenix due to his serious condition. After being in ICU for 5 days, Matt was diagnosed with Childhood Luekemia. Matt is currently undergoing chemo-therapy treatments at Phoenix Children's and is fighting a tough battle.
Matt's family would appreciate your help to pay for the mounting hospital bills along with everyday expenses that continue to build. Matt's parents will be taking significant time off of work in order to care for Matt and travel to Phoenix for his treatments. They also have 2 other children to care for.
