Matt's Two Front Teeth

We're asking friends and family to help give Matt the gift of long term pain relief this year. 

This year, when I turned to Matt and asked "What do you want for Christmas?" he replied with "My two front teeth". He was half joking  - his two front teeth are actually his best teeth, but the rest of them.... 

 So we went to the dentist, and the result is most of his remaining teeth will have to be pulled and he will have to be fitted for dentures. We weren't terribly surprised by this - Matt's been living with some severe levels of tooth pain for many years now, and we figured this would be the plan of care. 

What shocked us was the sticker price - $5,000! Even with dental coverage, the price tag is out of our current budget. 

But Matt can't wait any longer. While he's learned to live with the pain, we learned that when teeth are in the condition his are in, there's adverse side affects to other areas of your health. Poor teeth can affect one's lungs, heart, and even bring infection into the body. We want to get them fixed before any of those situations happen. And we are asking for your help.
