Hello friends,
I never thought I would have to use GoFundMe
I have been lucky for years to be able to make it through the rough times.
However as luck would have it I had a work accident which has left me with bulging discs pressing on my nerves in my neck and back.
I have been on disability since October and I don't know when I will be medically cleared to go back to work.
As such my savings has run out and thanks to mounting costs of medical, legal, and utility bills I am going to have to submit my car for repossession.
In all honesty I was talked into a car loan from a dealership in 2013 that I was told I could refinance after a year. Lesson learned here, do not trust the dealership. The lender does not refinance and I have been stuck with a $625 payment every month and owe more on the car than $27,000 for a 2013 Toyota Carolla.
I can't afford the payments with all the other bills comining in and have no loan or creit options due to constanly being behind on payments. It killed my credit score.
What I need to do is raise enough money to file bankrupcy by the end of the month (to legally get rid of the car without owing the amount left) and hopefully have enough to put a down payment on a cheap used car.
Without a car I won't be able to make the doctors appoontments, any rehab, and eventually work once cleared to go back.
I am in constant pain and the stress of this is not helping my body or mind.
If you can ontribute anything I would be greatful and promise to pay it forward in someway once I am back on my feet.
I know these are trying times for a lot of us, so if you can't contribute please pass this along to someone who might.
