Anyone that knows me knows that Mattie is my best friend & the sweetest fur baby. My little bean seemed out of sorts a few days ago. I had assumed she ate something & had an upset tummy. Unfortunately things took a turn for the worst and I had to bring her to Port City animal hospital. Over 24 hours Mattie had a blood & plasma transfusion, as well as a myriad of tests. My girl is still in the hospital & they are working hard to take care of her. She’s seen multiple specialists to get to the bottom of her sickness. 

I’m devastated to say, the worst has happened & she has cancer. They are uncertain of whether it is lymphoma or leukemia. I’ve asked the outstanding vets there to do everything they can to help my love bug. I plan on doing everything possible for my gal. The hospital stay and treatments are quite costly. If you’re able to help Mattie financially it would mean the world to me.
