The family of 28-year-old Matt Hudson turned to GoFundMe to help raise funds for his medical care. Matt was battling a rare form of sarcoma (Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumor - DSRCT) since April 2013. It breaks our hearts to say that Matt passed away on Monday, March 28, 2016.
Through the generosity of friends, family, and strangers, over $6,000 was raised for his medical expenses. This has been depleted - and as Matt had no life insurance - his family could use financial support for his funeral expenses.
