Thank you friends for taking the time to read this. I am planning a research trip to Kenya to study African Elephant and human conflict. Close to 100 Elephants die every day and I'm hoping to help bring that number down. I will be researching methods to help humans and elephants coencide in harmony.
My main expense is flying out to Kenya. (I'll have to go from the US, to Canada, to Europe, then Down into Africa). Once I'm in the Country I'll be sustained on food and water. Any additional funds will be spent on involving local residents in elephant research and fostering a love and respect for these creatures.
My personal goal is to be a tent-pole for conservation and eventually on the level of Jane Goodall, Archie Carr, Theodore Roosevelt, etc. I'm hoping that you can help me make that dream a reality. Thank you.
