Matthew's accident recovery fund

On Thursday January 31st at 8 am in the morning Matthew Thomas was driving home from work when he had a head on collision with another car due to icey roads that led him to be hospitalized.  Matthew has 2 broken legs, 10 broken ribs, lacerations on his left hand and wrist and a ruptured ear drum in his right ear. Matthew  recently  moved up to the state of Wisconsin to live closer to his little boy who is 6 years old.
Once Matthew established residency in this new town he made every effort possible to be back in his sons life, he picked him up from school everyday, provided a comfortable home for him and his son in addition to there small family of pets. Matthew was about to receive a promotion  at his place of employment until this happened... unfortunately Matthew is now very much unable to return to his job, he is likely to be incapacitated for the next 8 months or more depending on how his progress goes. His family is making attempts to help but unfortunately because he lives so far away it's becoming increasingly difficult for them to be here for him during this time.  Matthew has living expenses  in addition to other financial  responsibilities that he will be struggling to pay due to his inability to work at this time,  the hospital staff here at UW MADISON have been very kind and helpful throughout this process but this does not come free of charge, the hospital bill is growing with each day and Matthew will need as much help as possible taking care of his financial  obligations as well.
