This is Matthew Witting. He was involved in a pretty bad Car Incident that required multiple hospital stays and 2 surgeries and is falling behind on his normal household finances. This young man is a veteran, SC State Guardsman with Search and Rescue team, SC Task force 1 and a full time fireman. He has a wife with 2 munchkins let’s pull together as brothers and sisters in public safety and help this brother and his family out.
