Hello my name is Samantha, my family and I have taken a tragic loss. The beloved son, brother, uncle, father, friend , Matthew Perez who we have all grown to love unconditionally has sadly left us. His outgoing unfiltered personality, iconic laugh and amazing smile will forever be missed by all who crossed his path he is not a soul who could be forgotten. While heading to work on a Thursday morning on January 18, 2024 an accidental car accident is what unfortunately led to his departure. We as a family ask that any form of contribution please be made towards giving Matthew a beautiful send off.
