My name is Eloise Shepherd, and I'm a friend of Sam and her beautiful daughter Zoe, who attends school with my children here in Cheltenham. We were all devastated to hear the news of Matthew's sudden and unexpected passing on 14 April 2025, and our hearts are broken for the family, especially Zoe.

Matthew played an active role in Zoe's life and contributed significantly to her upbringing. His loss leaves an immense void for Zoe, who now faces growing up without her dad. 

Sam is an incredible mother and a much loved member of our Cheltenham community who will always put Zoe first, and even a small contribution can make a meaningful difference. She is working closely with Matthew's family to ensure his memory remains an integral part of Zoe's life.

The unexpected costs of settling Matthew's estate are a lot, so lieu of flowers or gifts, a contribution to help ease the financial burden on Zoe's family would be enormously appreciated.

Sam has always prioritised Zoe's education and wellbeing—something that, as many families understand, comes with significant financial responsibilities.
