Hi, my name is R.J. Robertson. I am a lifelong Sunshine Coast resident. As some of you know, I recently lost my one and only brother, Matthew. His passing on April 11, 2025 was both sudden and tragic. He was my only sibling and I miss him terribly. Matt left behind three young children: Jack (9), Owen (6) and Madeline (5). A memorial fund is being started to cover costs relating to Celebration of Life expenses and family travelling, etc. (The Celebration of Life service will be held at Christian Life Assembly church, located at 730 School Road, Gibsons, BC @1:00PM, Saturday, August 23—beside the Gibsons Legion). Any donation amount would be greatly appreciated as it will help us to navigate this difficult journey. There will likely be unforeseen expenses, so it was difficult to estimate a fitting target amount. Thank you for all your continued thoughts, prayers and support for myself and my family.
