We are looking for help to raise money for Funeral and memorial Expenses for Matthew Kubiak.

Matt was a loving, caring amazing Father, brother, son and friend. Matts positive attitude and overall good nature was contagious, he lit up every room he entered with his obnoxious laugh, beautiful smile and outgoing personality.

Tragically, on the night of 10/18 we lost Matthew to his depression.
Matthew leaves behind his Two Beautiful daughters, his Mother, His Father and his older brother. Any donations would be greatly appreciated, and any donations left over will be set aside, saved and invested for the future of Matthews daughters.
