Matthew in his Fight Against Hodgkin's Lymphonma

Hi, my name is Adam and I'm fundraising for Matthew in his time of need.

Matthew lives in St. Louis, MO with me and our cat Rosie. He is a wiz when it comes to technology and one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. He was working retail, at a store near our home, and planned on enrolling in an IT-based college program this fall. However, an unexpected obstacle caused a setback in his plans.

Matt was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma in May. His chemotherapy treatment regimen is underway and overall has been going well. Nonetheless, symptoms from the Hodgkin's along with the side effects from the chemotherapy have made some day-to-day things more difficult. Reactions such as nausea, insomnia, fatigue, fevers, etc, have resulted in Matt being unable to work for a while.

Luckily Matt's insurance has covered most of the medical expenses, and although we are not currently struggling to keep the lights on, some help with maintaining rent, car insurance, over-the-counter medications, groceries etc. over the next few months would be greatly appreciated.

That's what brings us to this page. Both Matt and I have had several people reach out asking how they can help us during this time. While money can't buy happiness, it can sometimes offer some peace of mind in the midst of chaos. Any contribution you can make will help.
