Hi, My name is Jamie Emerson and I am creating this fundraiser to help Matthew Florey continue his fight to survive a stage 4 diagnoses he recently received. Matt works hard to provide for his family but with his sudden illness he hasn't been able to work. matt is the sole provider for his wife and their teenage autistic son. Over the past several weeks Matt has spent more time in the hospital than at home with his family and was given a life expectancy of a few months to a few years. The cancer that they found is called Angiosarcoma and the doctors have told him that it is very aggressive. My hope for creating this fundraiser for Matt is to lesson the financial burden that he's now faced with and to help his family during this very difficult time.
