Matthew C. Jackson

Matthew is survived by his wife, Amanda, and two young children, Elijah and Taylor. He unexpectedly passed away on September 19th, 2022, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was on a temporary assignment in Colorado Springs and planned to bring his family home to South Carolina this October.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday, September 28th, 2022, at 10 am at Prospect Southern Methodist, 585 Waterspring Road, Orangeburg, SC 29118.

This is a very difficult time for his wife, Amanda, and their children as they have to uproot their lives and attempt to start building back some peace while dealing with this trauma. In place of flowers, the family is asking to use donations to help cover the cost of the funeral and to cover ongoing living expenses for the children. It will be a big adjustment going from a stay-at-home mom to the sole provider with little time to grieve.
