Dear Family, Friends, Loved Ones, and Acquaintances -

It is with a heavy heart that I sit here writing this message.

My younger brother, Matthew, tragically departed from us this past weekend.

We have lost a brother, a son, a friend, a husband, and a father of two. Matthew's life has been cut short right at the beginning of his family's foray into the rest of their lives.

My niece and my nephew and their amazingly strong mother are the reason I am publishing this campaign today.

I/we as a family, humbly ask that instead of sending flowers or dropping off food - thank you to all that have so already! - that you might consider contributing here instead. It will go infinitely further in helping out his grieving family in the interim and in the future.
