Matthew & Michael Davis Fund

Matthew & Michael Davis are 2020 Jordan High School Graduates and current St. Cloud State University students. These remarkable young men lost their mother in 2018. This year while in their second week of college at SCSU, their father passed away unexpectedly in a tragic accident. Life has dealt them a very tough hand in the last decade, however, you would never know it by their demeanor. These bright young men are always upbeat, hard-working and are exceptional students. The ability they have to carry themselves with grace and dignity is nothing short of astonishing. They've both gotten exceptional grades, a merit-based scholarship, and continue to be a delight to everyone around them. Matthew and Michael are trying to support themselves through this. They are facing $3,000+ medical bills that they weren't aware of because of the situation surrounding their father, tuition payments this year as well as not having any financial support to be able to pay for food and living expenses. We are seeking financial support for them as they try to navigate these difficult times at just 18 years old. Please support them any way that you are able. My sisters and I have struggled on how to support my brothers, as we all live paycheck-to-paycheck ourselves and feel Michael and Matthew, for once in their life, shouldn't have to worry about their situation. I don't want to over divulge the sad details, but my parents struggled with addiction and my brothers got the short end of the stick. They've had it so immensely harder than my sisters and I, and to see them go through another parent death is one thing. But our dad dying in a tragic accident was not something we were expecting. He was unable to provide for them, but he was still our dad and the waves of grief are hitting harder now that both our once lively and eccentric parents are gone. This is their first semester in college, and they lose their last parent. It's something we're all still trying to understand. I appreciate every dollar and every share you can give.
