At Ennismore Minor Hockey Association, hockey has always been about more than just the game. It's about family, friendship, community, and showing up for one another when it matters most.

Right now, one of our own, Mattais Wojtowicz, is facing a battle that no child or family should have to face alone - Burkitts Lymphoma. And while he's currently recovering from abdominal surgery to remove a mass, he awaits a 4 month course of chemo at Sick Kids Hospital, starting in the next week or two.

These funds raised will help ease some of the everyday financial burdens, including meals, travel, fuel, and other expenses, allowing his family to focus on what matters most — being together and supporting Mattais.

With that, all are welcomed and encouraged to come out to Hockey Weekend in Ennismore, November 6-8, as EMHA hosts it's annual event with ALL proceeds going to Mattais and his family as they navigate this challenging time together. Help us to fill the rink, support our events, give what you can, and show this family just how many people are standing behind them.
