Matt Winking's medical & retirement costs

Hi, my name is Therese Rinehart, I work with Matt Winking and am friends with him and his family. Matt has recently been diagnosed with stage 2 Parkinson's disease. While there is medication to help treat the symptoms, there currently is no cure. I started this page to help offset any financial burden this may put on the family and buy him more time with his family, by potentially buying a year or two towards retirement.

Matt Winking dedicated his life to education. Everything he creates he makes available for teachers across the county, state, country, and world to use on his Matt's Math Labs website. He has worked long hours outside of school to build courses, videos, worksheets, test banks, and projects that enhance our ability to teach and provide amazing resources for our students. I hope this can be a way all of us who have benefited from Matt's kindness, generosity, and brilliance can show him how much we appreciate what he has done and created.
