Matt Wingler’s Funeral Expenses

My name is Kirsten Sandhu and Matt’s Ascension St. Vincent’s ‘Pharmily’ and I are fundraising for his funeral and related expenses.

Matt learned to be a patient advocate at home and brought that same passion to work. He was a pioneer in elevating the Pharmacy Technician role in the acute care setting as one of the first of our team to join the Caregiver Model and continued to bring his talents to our Medication History Technician program.

Matt was persistent, detail oriented and loyal; he appreciated order, and consistency and held himself to the highest of standards. He held us accountable to our patients and each other.

As his mother’s only child and both his mother’s and dog’s caregiver, Matt's sudden and unexpected passing has left behind a huge need. All money raised will go to Matt’s mother; we are hopeful your generosity will relieve some financial burden and allow her a sense of peace in this time of overwhelming grief.
