Hi, I’m Patrick Smith and I am fundraising for brother Matt Tremoglie. For the past month and a half Matt has been in and out of the hospital due to an unexpected health emergency. He was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, C-Diff, and then later a perforated colon which led to emergency surgery to have it removed. Currently his estimated time to return to work on light duty is anywhere from a 3-6 weeks to 3-6 months. Matt is the sole provider for his 4 children while his wife is a stay at home mom and student. This man will give you the shirt off his back and deserves all the support we can show. All the money that is raised will go towards their daily bills and upcoming medical expenses.
