Matt Stiegman and his family are currently going through an incredibly trying time. His wife of 16 years and mother of his two children Austin, 15 and Nate, 12 suffered a traumatic brain injury on Tuesday morning, October 11th. She was taken to University of Maryland Shock Trauma where she underwent a 7 hour surgery and unfortunately on Friday October 14 surrounded by love and family Cheryl passed away.
As with many families today, Matt and Cheryl relied on two incomes. Not only is Matt now faced with finding a way to care for his sons alone physically and emotionally, but will need to do so on one income. Aside from their normal living expenses, Matt will now be faced with therapy for the boys, funeral expenses and mounting hospital bills, all without the benefit of life insurance.
