Hello my name is Dawn Welch, unfortunately today my little brother passed away suddenly. We are trying to process things and figure everything out. He recently moved out of state to Oklahoma so there is a lot to do, we are trying to get him back home to Ohio. Any help would be greatly appreciate. My mother and father are beyond devastated. Matt also is a father to 2 young children. He is greatly missed already. As of now all we know is he was rushed from work to the hospital and we were told his heart stop during transport.
