On November 9th, my brother Matt died in a car accident. My brother and I had a complicated relationship that was in the midst of repair these past few months. I’ll forever be grateful that when he departed we were in a good place. Growing up, Matt was a Lego master which led to him becoming a self taught auto mechanic in adulthood. He was great at fixing cars and had such a passion for them. He was a big guy with an even bigger heart.

I created a Go Fund Me to help my parents with a portion of the funeral costs. They do not know I’m doing this, but I’m trying to contribute as much as I can in every way to help them with the burden of this unexpected devastating event.

Let us all remember that each day is a gift and to live life to the fullest.

Rest In Peace, Matt. You are already greatly missed.
