Matt has suffered a collapsed lung and found himself hospitalized. He was released, had serious complications, and had to undergo a second surgery and is back in the hospital again.

Matt is going to need time to recover, and the tough reality is he is going to suffer financially and is not in any kind of position to handle this alone.
