Matt Lockwood's Family

Last week we lost our dear friend Matt Lockwood to suicide.  Matt was a loving , kind, and big-hearted soul.  He had a gentle smile that could warm the hearts of anyone.  Matt touched so many lives and we will be forever grateful for the opportunity to have known him.  None of us could ever imagine him leaving this way.  It was an absolute shock to everyone.  Our hearts especially ache for his wife, Lisa, as she deals with this tragedy and the pain of the daily impact of the loss of her husband.  Lisa Lockwood is in our thoughts and prayers.  As is, Matt's sister, Erica. His brother in-law, Andrew and wife Amy.  This family has endured the worst kind of pain of losing a loved one. 

Through this page, we not only want to raise funds to support Lisa with funeral costs and future expenses, but also bring light to the suicide epidemic.  Life can be difficult at times.  So, if you ever feel like there is no hope, we would like to let you know that there is.   Please reach out.

It has taken me a long time to bring myself to write this. On 10/8/19 I lost my husband, my soulmate, my friend my everything. For those of you who knew Matt, you know the impact he had on this world, and you know the hole that has been left, and the emptiness that we all feel. His hugs healed, warmed, and comforted all of us while he was here on this earth.
