Hi,

My name is John McGinty and it is with a very heavy heart that I am making this request:

On November 30, 2021, my sister Kristie's husband, Matt, suddenly passed away in the middle of the night. Matt was recently named a Partner at his company, CloudView Partners, and they had just moved into their dream home five days prior to his death.

Kristie, the founder and President of Buffalo Underdogs Rescue (BUR), has been able to spend the past several years focusing all her time and energy on her rescue, due mainly to Matt's willingness to be the sole provider for their family. Because of this, Kristie has saved hundreds of dogs and brought the joy of a loving puppy to many families in Western New York.

Matt had a heart of gold and was also very dedicated to BUR. He donated his very limited free time and money to support his wife and the rescue. There aren't enough words to describe what he meant to Kristie, the rescue, and our family.

Unfortunately, with Matt's sudden passing, my sister is now in a great deal of financial hardship and needs assistance. As you can imagine, a new house means mortgage payments will soon become due. Until she has had time to grieve and get back on her feet, any gesture of kindness would be of tremendous help and deeply appreciated.
