Matt’s sister Lili and I are reaching out on behalf of our brother, nephew and friend, Matt who has been hospitalized for several weeks where he received two diagnoses of disabling and chronic conditions. Early next week he will be discharged from the hospital to residential care and is needing a lot of support from his extended family and friends—his Team.
We’ve set up a ‘Team Matt’ Support Fund for this critical time. We’re working on his Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) process, which takes between 6 to 14 months. Once established, he’ll receive monthly support for his housing, food and basic care. But until that time, Matt really needs help.
Would you join us in giving Matt the financial support and encouragement that he needs to get stabilized in his residential care and continued treatment? The Team Matt Support Fund will be managed by Matt’s Aunt Lois and your donation will pay for his residential care, medical care, food, clothing, medication, and transportation.
