Effie Anifantis & Matt Baroud

April 1, 2018 was a beautiful Easter Sunday, but for one family their lives would be forever changed. Mother and father on one motorcycle, brother and sister on the other motorcycle decided to enjoy the nice warm weather with a family bike ride. Noone could foresee the tragic and life altering accident that was upon them. An suv pulling out in front of them stricking both bikes.  Raina Goritsas 18 a beautiful  girl with a beautiful soul who was getting ready to graduate North High School in 1 month lost her life that day from very severe injuries. Kyle Baroud 21 was severly injured and  will have a very long road of recovery.  Effie Anifantis sustained multiple injuries. She has broken ribs, a broken sternum, a broken wrist, and a severe leg injury that has changed her life as she once knew it. Trauma surgeons were able to save her leg through multiple surgeries, but she will have a long unknown road to travel with years of extensive rehab and more potential surgeries. Effie has always worked hard whether it was in the house or at her job. She has always been a woman to offer help, advice, or just a friendly smile to those around her. Matt Baroud suffered a badly broken leg and his lip was split open. He too has endured painful surgery and is in a heavy rehab program. Matt is a man that does every job big or small no complaints. He works hard to support his family. He is quick to lend a helping hand to those in need. Now its our turn to help them! Any one of their injuries would put a strain on a family, life, bills and more, but the magnitude of their injuries have abruptly stopped their lives and deemed both heads of house unable to work indefintely or possibly permenately. Their mortgage, household expenses, bills, mounting medical bills and the expenses of their 2 year old son continue to add up. Little Mikah Baroud 2 is an energetic boy full of life and excitement. He has a neverending circle of love and devotion, but he has expenses which need more than love to provide. Expenses such as diapers, wipes, food and more. This family has suffered a tremendous loss along with horrible physical injuries. The emotional, mental, and physical pain and scars  are enough of a burden so lets take the stress and worry burden away from them. The constant worry of; What are we gonna do? How are we going to survive? How are we going to provide for our son and family now? We kindly ask all to share this post as much as possible. Please donate to this kind,  loving family.
