Matt and Tara's Great Crate Escape

It is a no kill shelter that totally relies on volunteers and donations. Everything from the rent of the space to the cleaning supplies are from donations. NO ONE is paid at Street Cats.

The over-population of homeless cats in our community has reached a critical point. Our shelters are bursting at the seams. Street Cats is important to our community because their mission includes using their resources to control the pet population. This means going into feral cat colonies around our region, capturing feral cats, neutering or spaying them, and providing them with vaccinations. Once this is done, the feral cats are re-homed to an area where they can live outside but have access to shelter and are fed and cared for. We love that they are not only taking such wonderful care of vulnerable cats in our community but also, that they are doing something to prevent the problem.
