Matriarch Dolores' Recovery Fundraiser

Hello everyone On Thursday November 21st at 6:00pm, my grandma Dolores Spears experienced a medical emergency causing critical complications, leading her to extended hospital stays and rehabilitation. She has currently undergone surgery on her hip and back, and has a long road to recovery. Many of you might have met her or have heard of the positive impact she has played to the lives close to her. She is the matriarch on our family, both serving as a figurehead as well as a caregiver to my mother who is diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). My family and I are seeking help from our community to aid in covering Dolores financial costs for her rehabilitation and hospital visits. This has been a terrible mental and physical strain on her close family, and we want nothing more than for her to receive the care she needs to live a decently normal life.
