Max needs surgery

Max is having difficulty regulating his urination, because of this, he will need a surgery to help reconstruct his urethra (giving him a larger opening through which he can urinate). Due to COVID-19 I have lost both my jobs and this is my last resort. All of my savings are depleted and I don't want my little guy to suffer. I'm doing all that I can to make this a reality for him, but anything you could give will be a huge help to my family and Max.
