Matilda S. Perry was a devoted educator whose passion for teaching, compassion for others, and belief in the power of education impacted countless lives. She consistently went beyond the classroom to encourage students not only to succeed academically, but to grow into confident, capable individuals.
To honor her life’s work, the Matilda S. Perry Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to support students who reflect the values she lived by every day: integrity, dedication, and a heart for helping others.
This scholarship is proudly supported through CANDI Collective, a platform rooted in growth, purpose, and creating opportunities that extend beyond the present moment. Through this initiative, CANDI Collective serves as a bridge—connecting community, legacy, and future impact.
The initial goal is to raise $1,000 to fund the first scholarship and begin building a foundation for future awards. Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps strengthen this mission and expand opportunities for students working toward a brighter future.
