We are starting this page to try and raise funds to give Matilda the headstone she deserves. Its been 18 painful months since Matilda passed away and joined her big sister in the stars and I feel its time she had a headstone to make her grave more personal.

When Matilda was in hospital in Leicester at the start of 2024 money was raised by so many people to help us live at the hospital and Charlie not work. We had just over £1000 left once Matildas funeral had been paid for and this has remianed in savings for the headstone.

Unfortunatly the cost of headstones has gone up alot since we brought Ayla's in 2017. I know tyhere are cheap headstones on Amazon ect but I dont feel comfortable ordering like this as it wont be as personal as Aylas and they both deserve the best.

Me and Charlie have designed a beautiful heart shaped stone very similar to Aylas but with things Matilda loved like a little Paddington Bear picture, The cost of this is estimated at £3500. With the money I have saved I still need around £2400.

We have had lots of people offer to help and I feel this is the safest way to except that help. Money is tight for everyone so please dont feel you need to donate, but we are grateful for any donations recived.

Asking for help is not something im comfortable doing, but Matilda brought so much happiness to do many people and I know she was loved I haved decided to accept any help we are offered.

To place the order we need to put 50% deposit down and the rest once the is made in apx 6 months time.
